Privacy agreement

Your privacy at SignHub

SignHub (Visual Sign) keeps your information safe and uses it only to run SignHub for you.

What we keep

  • Your account: name, email, WhatsApp number and password (stored encrypted).
  • Deaf members: the ID photo you send — only SignHub admins see it, and it is deleted after the check.
  • Your safety info (area, address, family, health): SignHub or Red Cross checks it once (so your SOS can open), and Red Cross sees it again when you press SOS. Otherwise Red Cross sees only numbers per area, never your name.
  • Your learning: courses, answers, grades, videos you record (kept private — only you, your teachers and SignHub staff see them).
  • Bookings, messages and payments. Card details are handled by the payment company, never by SignHub.

Who sees it

  • SignHub staff, and the people you work with: your teacher, your interpreter, your organization (only its own members, and only course progress).
  • Video calls go through Zoom or WhatsApp. Files are stored in SignHub’s private Google Drive.
  • We never sell your information.

Your choices

  • You can change your info in the app at any time.
  • You can ask us to see or delete your information — write to us.
